How Long Does Shipping Take?

Signature Collection (Virgin Hair)
Please allow 3–4 business days for delivery after processing

Raw Hair Collections
Please allow 7–10 business days for complete processing & delivery of all raw hair orders. 

Processing Times

• All processing times are Monday through Friday only and exclude weekends and holidays.
• Processing time begins once your payment has been successfully verified.
• Orders placed using Shop Pay Installments, Affirm, Afterpay, Klarna, or any other buy now, pay later service may require up to an additional 2 business days for payment verification before processing begins.

Delivery Times

• Delivery times are also calculated using business days (Monday through Friday) and do not include weekends or holidays.
• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Shipping Information

• Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier selected at checkout.
• PlayGirlBoutique LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address will require an additional shipping fee before they can be reshipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, PlayGirlBoutique LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If you experience an issue after your package has shipped, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
